Little Learners Storytime from A to Z! Developing Early Literacy Skills Through Books (registered and parented)
For three, four, and five year olds. 10:15-11:15 AM
Wednesdays beginning Jan 18. This program will run 12 weeks (a midpoint break will occur Feb 29 and March 28, 2012) a dairy snack will be provided. Please bring your own snack if there are allergy concerns.
A program designed for preschool to kindergarten children focusing on:
· letter recognition
· letter/ sound relationships
· listening and reading comprehension
· printing skills (upper case will be the class focus covering letters D,E,F,M,N,P,R additional letters will be covered if time allows)
Please fill in registration form for each child that will be attending. Limit 15 children.

This Day in History
During a raid, Commanche, Kiowa, and Caddo Indians in Texas kidnap nine-year-old Cynthia Ann Parker and kill her family. Adopted into the Commanche tribe, she lived a happy life until Texas Rangers recaptured her and forced her to return to live again among Anglo-Americans.
